At times service was great, but then you start changing agents a nd when you get a good agent who keeps you informed. Otherwise, keep your agents. I had to called for my contract and new cards
1. In July my wife and I spent at least half an hour on the phone with an Allstate rep arranging for homeowner's insurance. He was aware that we were intending to change our residence from an apartment to a house and he never bothered to advise us that we had to make another call to cancel our rental insurance and change the address on all of our other Allstate policies.
