Francisco was very prompt and courteous. I am happy that I decided to use their services for our grease trap cleaning.
Allstarz came out and pumped our septic tank with one day’s notice. Francisco was on time (12:10 pm for a 12-2 appt.), was fast and professional. I would not hesitate to call Allstarz again.

Francisco arrived on time and quickly identified the problem with my septic. He mentioned that there would be an extra cost for the additional work he needed to do to remedy the issue. He was very polite, professional and efficient. Francisco was very thorough in explaining the issue and showed me the problem. I appreciated his professionalism and thoroughness, and he left the area clean. Would highly recommend Francisco and Allstarz Pumping and Engineering.
