Terrible business - avoid at all costs. We had them redo the waterproofing on our balcony and it took them FIVE MONTHS. All they had to do was sand it down and lay on a new membrane. FIVE MONTHS. April until September, so we had no outdoor space over the entire spring/summer. I am speechless... Extremely slow workers and also very poor communication to make matters worse.

Hired by the building manager to clean the apartment complex windows and glass sidings of the balcony. They did the most horrendous job and directly sprayed water in a pot of dirt causing dirt to cover the entire balcony and surrounding windows. Severely disappointed in their work.
