Allstar TV Shop came to troubleshoot my Temper-Pedic bedframe and mattress. They found the issue and fixed it. Also secured all wiring to bedframe. I was informed that if I had damaged wiring by vacuuming or pushing something under my bed it could have voided my warranty. For this I was very appreciative due to the cost of the mattress setup.
