Robert Franco owner of allstar trailer screwed me! Don't do business with this rotten individual. Paid for the trailer I ordered in full and when he finally built and delivered the trailer it was the wrong trailer. He then built another trailer which came with mossing parts and never made good on finishing the trailer and the. Quit answering the phone!
I have a judgement against Robert. Biggest scam artist in Miami and that is saying a lot. Whatever you do buy from anyone else.
When you look up the word clown in the dictionary a picture of the owner, Robert, will appear next to the word. This guy will throw every excuse in the book to continually push back your order. As of recent it was brought to my attention his business is no longer at the address listed for the business. When inquiring where the place of business now is the owner will not respond or provide. i would never do business with robert again. delivered trailer with missing hardware for brake system. it's been almost a year and still can't get him to send the parts to fix the brake system.
To whom it may concern. I purchased a trailer from Robert at allstar trailer. I purchased a triple axle trailer that would accommodate a 29 foot boat. I live in ohio so I would be bringing boat and trailer back here. Hr stated that the trailer would be ready by Friday June 11, 2021. Robert called me on Thursday night and said that the trailer was not ready and wouldn't be ready until the following Wednesday. June 16th.
