Came out quickly to do a service and quickly identified serious issues. Gave us multiple solutions and explained them all in detail, with the various pros and cons of each option. Work was done promptly and neatly, Will and his colleagues were all polite and helpful.
Will and Ash did a great job. Will arrived very quickly and pointed out several safety critical elements that hadn't been noticed by previous plumbers, he then prioritised sorting it. We really appreciated their skill in considering the whole heating and hot water system (not just one element). We now have a safe and working boiler, underfloor heating and hot water system and would recommend Allstar to anyone.
I cannot recommend the services of the team enough. Will and Ash are extremely knowledgable, friendly and approachable. Clearly committed to their crafts the team responded quickly to our needs and we’re extremely pleased with the results. Having only fairly recently moved to the area, it’s great to have found our go to team for all things heating and plumbing. Will be using them for future projects and any issues without question.
The engineer who came out didn't solve the problem. He was asking me to order a part. When BAXI came out the following day the engineer checked the combi boiler out and discovered that an obsolete part needed removing and two fuses replaced. Also the Allstars call out charge was astronomical. £200 plus vat. (£240).
Initially called William at Allstar because of concerns with my underfloor heating. He identified the problem without hesitation and advised other areas in great need of improvement, which have already made a significant, noticeable difference.
