Last night in Miami at a restaurant opening we had an incident where my friend required your companies assistance. It was a delicate incident for her, for me and they were amazing. Peter Fontanez was a standout! He was so kind, patient, knowledgeable and gentle in dealing with the situation. Steven was also wonderful. It was a rough and unexpected experience for her and they could not have done anything better than they did to help with the situation. We would highly recommend them!
