I apologize for my previous comment toward All-Star recovery but in regards to that they have been given me the runaround about making an appointment to get retrieve my personal property you say that y'all don't have anything to do with it but yet the number you give me is All Star recovery who has my personal property who I cannot make an appointment with for some reason
I paid today and they won’t allow me to pick my car up until Friday, after the holidays!!! I need my car asap.
This company driver is so rude & unprofessional! He stalks you in broad daylight and will call your place of employment harassing as well. Multiple police reports have been filed. I will be contacting BBB on Monday morning as well
The worst company and the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 32 years of being on this earth. They don’t answer the phones. The office in Indianola, Ms never has anyone in the office building!! They close the shop when they get ready and advertise that they close at 4!! Horrible establishment!!
