Worst experience I have had with a business professional in my life. Gwen doesn't answer phone calls or emails unless you get very upset with her. Had to babysit her from 900 miles away to get anything done at all. She also gave my private cell number to the tenants twice, to allow them to call me and ask me not to evict them for nonpayment.
