Was reached out to interview for a position by Marianne. Replied back to her more than once and proceeded to get ghosted radio silence. Can only expect their business to be as disappointing as their management clearly is. Don’t waste you’re time. It’s 2026 and we have email on our phones. Do better.
I ordered a Calming Heat Deluxe Massaging Neck Wrap from a morning TV show, and it does not work. No reply from your company!!!!
Bought a calming heat warming pad from Bjs wholesale club last January and used it MAYBE 7 times.....it stopped working and now just blinks F ....I CALLED Sharper Image and they referred me to Allstar solutions...I left a voicemail BUT no one had returned my call. And you can not speak to an individual directly. I have called Sharper Image and complained again. In my opinion I would NEVER RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING MADE BY OR FOR SHARPER IMAGE ESPECIALLY MADE MY ALLSTAR INNOVATIONS.
After purchasing a large quantity wholesale lot of Allstar Innovations merchandise and having issues with the goods..... It's been 5 + years later we are still waiting with ZERO help. No one answers the phones or responds to emails.
