Bought a calming heat warming pad from Bjs wholesale club last January and used it MAYBE 7 times.....it stopped working and now just blinks F ....I CALLED Sharper Image and they referred me to Allstar solutions...I left a voicemail BUT no one had returned my call. And you can not speak to an individual directly. I have called Sharper Image and complained again. In my opinion I would NEVER RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING MADE BY OR FOR SHARPER IMAGE ESPECIALLY MADE MY ALLSTAR INNOVATIONS.

After purchasing a large quantity wholesale lot of Allstar Innovations merchandise and having issues with the goods..... It's been 5 + years later we are still waiting with ZERO help. No one answers the phones or responds to emails.

I purchased a magic mesh hands free screen door. The box says the size is 83" x 19.5" . I tried to call customer service but could not get a hold of anyone. When I opened the box the product was 10" too short . Please respond.
