Would not recommend, hands down one of the worst professional experiences I've had. We hired all-star to do a tub/shower replacement and they completely installed an incorrect unit (wrong style and wrong size). When I informed them of the mistake I was basically told it was my fault and they only agreed to fix their mistake because I had text messages showing where we clearly communicated the unit we wanted/needed with the technician. Called early today about a blocked drain line and within an hour Zach showed up and troubleshooted the issue. Unfortunately for me and this ole downtown Athens Historic home, we have more than a simple drain fix. He gave me options that helped me determine what to do next.
