Allstar Pro Services did an excellent job installing my new hot water heater. They were on time, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They were most importantly QUICK. The installation was done right the first time, with no problems two weeks later. I’ll definitely be using Allstar Pro Services again and recommending them to friends and family!!!!
My tankless hot water heater was not working, I called at 8 am and had a response from Lance, the technician 15 minutes later on a Sunday morning. He was able to come out in around an hour and quickly isolated the issue and had it fixed within 10 minutes. He also took the time to explain what happened and what I should look for and do if it happened again. Highly recommend this company and Lance, very prompt, professional and proficient service!
Would not recommend, hands down one of the worst professional experiences I've had. We hired all-star to do a tub/shower replacement and they completely installed an incorrect unit (wrong style and wrong size). When I informed them of the mistake I was basically told it was my fault and they only agreed to fix their mistake because I had text messages showing where we clearly communicated the unit we wanted/needed with the technician. It took a month for them to come back and replace the tub/shower and they left a hole in my... read more
