I can't believe the outcome of my visit here, I'm a person who doesn't mind paying an outrageous price for outrageous work. I researched this business and felt like it had to be great but was i wrong. After my car was so called done i noticed swirls from the wax and missed spots all around the car. Also when I got home to re-wipe down my car I noticed clunks of wax in all the cracks. The people at All Star Platinum are amazing! Not only were the workers awesome, but the office staff were incredible as well! Everyone is friendly and goes above and beyond at their jobs there! They saved me money and aggravation!! I had a Saturn Sky with a leaky convertible top, which I was unaware of. I had to travel for work a lot, which took me out of the country for 6 months. I can not believe this place gets any good reviews. I took my car there for X-Mas. I had to drop it off in the early afternoon they did not call me to pick it up until after 6 pm. I paid $175 to have my car detailed. What a joke....there was still garbage in my car, dirt in my council, stains on my carpet. Worst experience ever....Not to mention that they took my cash and didn't even give me a receipt.
I am a 54 year old retired military officer.When I finally decided to retire I picked up a hobby.I started collecting rare and antique cars. I have been all the world and have bought cars that I have attachments too.. I now feel safe since having AllStar Platinum keep them up. They come out clean my house and get my vehicles back to show shape after my drives that I like to take to visit with my brother's, that also use them. From our experience We would not see it any other way because this is the right choice...
It's not just my opinion that this is the best detail in town,It is a fact that AllstarPlatinum was voted Columbia's best by U.S commerce this year.They really car about the car n the customer.
i took my vehicle up there to do a full deatiled. before this they told me they would shampoo the carpets and take the seats out. after getting the car back i noticed they did not take the seats out to clean the carpet and they never put my black rubber floor mats back in. also the carpets were still wet and we still have a smell in our car from the water. another thing is when i called back up there and spoke to the owner about removing the seats to clean the carpet he told me he didnt know, i paid 260 dollars and was happy... read more
