Andrew diagnosed and fixed my heat pump I’ve been having issues with all season! Not only was he extremely polite but it was clear he was really knowledgeable in what he was doing. He worked efficiently and I haven’t had an issue with it since! I would highly recommend Allstar. Shelley, Andrew and the team were all a pleasure to deal with 10/10 service

Allstar was able to diagnose and repair a problem we have been having for several years. Over this period, a few other heat pump companies were unsuccessful in solving the sitution. Allstar was recommended by a family member and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
From the initial contact to the final payment, the staff at Allstar were wonderful to deal with. Installing a heat pump on an island in January requires flexibility and great communication and Allstar has mastered both. The technicians were efficient and polite, and it was clear they took pride in their work. My family and I highly recommend Allstar.
This will be the first time ever putting in a review of a company, and this company deserves my first review. I was running on emergency heat for three days ( weekend ) hoping for the person I had originally contacted would show up Monday 19 th, he informed me that he was too busy to come by, which I understood as the weather has been COLD.
