I had a great experience with Allstar. They were easy to get in touch with, they were straight forward with any explanations, and they offered great pricing. I got advice from them on my home warranty since I was going through that, and they were very helpful. Professional, friendly, and quick responses. I haven't had any problems since they installed my new HVAC.
Home warranty company sent them out to replace my hvac. First of all, it took two years and another hvac contractor to discover that they did not add the additional coolant necessary for the line from the outside unit to the inside unit. They used the factory prime, charged me for additional coolant, but never...I repeat...never put it in. The unit froze up constantly, and we called them out.
