Incompetent or Crooks? Either way you see it, these guys are aweful. They came to my home to evaluate an expensive 3D television that had issues with the video card (clearly). While they were there, I requested that they install a new bulb in another TV. They had to order it, so I asked that they bring the new bulb when they return the TV.
