Devon is the absolute worst person I have even encountered. She held my car hostage as she has done so many others. Used storage fees to hold my car, when I came to pick up my car Brad Owens had my car still in a bay with the hood up. She told me to pay the $2000+ extra or I wasn't going to get my car.
