Our trip down to FL in the 39’ Allegro was all the more relaxing and interesting thanks to Martin, our driver from Allstar Coaches. He is a skilled driver and was very flexible about making time to see some of the sights along our route. A pleasure to travel with and very helpful in showing RV newbies like us how to make the most of our vehicle and trip.

To all let me start of by saying I’m not here to bad mouth them as I really enjoyed the first rental that I did with them. So I’m not here to complain about their cancellation policies as it’s all in black and white and to me being a veteran I agree. Very disappointing experience with Rob and All Stars. We thought we were lucky to find a business to rent out our older RV since we are military and had to move overseas; however, it was clear our business was not wanted or appreciated from the get-go. 1. Communication took forever. It took Rob 5-14 days to respond to us to get any kind of information on our RV. 2. I’ve been using Allstar Coaches for the Daytona 500 for years. They have always done a great job. Prompt advice during selecting a coach. Excellent communication to get all arrangements in place prior to race week. Great communication at the track for all my needs. Great follow-up if needed. I keep going back year after year because they take good care of me.
