To all let me start of by saying I’m not here to bad mouth them as I really enjoyed the first rental that I did with them. Very disappointing experience with Rob and All Stars. We thought we were lucky to find a business to rent out our older RV since we are military and had to move overseas; however, it was clear our business was not wanted or appreciated from the get-go. 1. Communication took forever. It took Rob 5-14 days to respond to us to get any kind of information on our RV. 2. I’ve been using Allstar Coaches for the Daytona 500 for years. They have always done a great job. Prompt advice during selecting a coach. Excellent communication to get all arrangements in place prior to race week. Great communication at the track for all my needs. Great follow-up if needed. I keep going back year after year because they take good care of me.
