Our experience has been terrible. While the RV was nice when new, it is not well maintained. The front right tire blew at in a remote area of South Dakota going 65mph on a perfectly straight road. Sounded like a gun going off. We had paid for their “concierge” service which was of no help. After we sat in the roasting sun for three hours, a state trooper stopped to direct traffic around the RV. Great experience
Chris was very helpful with our RV experience. He was knowledgeable and able to show us how everything worked in the RV. He was prompt with his response to any of our needs.
Our trip down to FL in the 39’ Allegro was all the more relaxing and interesting thanks to Martin, our driver from Allstar Coaches. He is a skilled driver and was very flexible about making time to see some of the sights along our route. A pleasure to travel with and very helpful in showing RV newbies like us how to make the most of our vehicle and trip.
