They were very great and professional. They explained some upkeep practices we didn't know about. They arrived in a short time. They showed me the before and afters of our chimney.
They showed up right on time, presented me with an option that was cheaper than I had originally planned for and the price seemed very fair to me considering all those things! Highly recommended.
