Owner claimed he could not clean my carpets by my move in date because he injured him back by falling. Provided forged documents of his doctors visits. Posted public statuses of his trip to California (universal studios, etc..) that same weekend on Facebook. Came back nearly a week later and “cleaned” the carpets again. Made carpets worse and they had to be replaced. Carpets could have been cleaned right as I was able to clean and removed the odor in the room I moved my things into.
