Ned has been awesome helping me through my meniscus injury. I feel heard when I speak to him, and Ned has recognised my confidence has been hit just as hard. Ned has provided suitable exercises and also more challenging ones when I am ready. The app with tailored notes from Ned is easy and helpful, and I’ve been very happy with appointment availability. Keep up the great work Ned.

Third cancellation on a weekend so far. Unreliable… As soon as I want to start they cancel on me for some reason. Rescheduling usually takes 2 weeks to get back in. Discouraging, especially if you’re sick yourself and may not be able to make either or if you work long hours during the week and can’t make it before they close.
Big thank you to Alexa. She was very knowledgeable and in just 3 treatments had me walking out pain-free. Lots of follow up exercises to get me stronger!
Amazing experience here with Cavan. Cavan has helped reduce my pain, make a plan to help me manage work tasks strengthening areas and supporting me with issues from my auto immune disease. Cavan is very knowledgeable and personable in his field. Highly recommend.
