I was looking forward to working with this company after reading so many positive reviews online. We are working to purchase a commercial building in Hapeville, GA and need a fire suppression system installed. Our PSA with the seller requires any contractor coming on site to bid the job to issue a COI listing them (the seller) as an additionally insured. Top notch service all around. They showed up on time, performed services as required and made recommendations on some other issues we were having. Extremely knowledgeable and professional.
One of the few companies I called that actually answered the phone. Emailed me over an estimate and came at the scheduled date and time to complete the sprinkler inspection.
I had Mike, Josh and Shane work on the sprinkler system that had a pipe busted back on Christmas Eve. I had called the original company that hah serviced it before and was ignored. I called Mike and got me on the schedule with in a few days. They did a great job and I will be using them on all my commercial projects.
