The customer service is horrible I don’t recommend any new service members to choose this financial institution for a new banking institution, too all the advisors from Fort Jackson, do not recommend new any new solders this institution

I find AllSouth Federal Credit Union's account inactivity fee policy to be excessive and unsubstantiated. The $10.00 fee for inactivity on a savings account is counter intuitive. The Credit Union "takes" $10.00 ,per month, of your hard earned money, following a period of 12 months of nonactivity on the account. This does not make me feel like an "Appreciated Member". We encourage saving and regular deposits to accounts, and provide multiple notices to account holders before an account becomes dormant with actions that can be taken to keep the account active. They told me there closed after I waited in line! It's tax free weekend?!!!! Now I have to go to the shady check cashing place to add money to my card, like I don't have a bank account. Thanks again for the inconveniences! Hope I don't get scammed trying to get school clothes for my child.

If you ever run into a situation where you need to deposit a check when we are closed, we have services such as Mobile Deposit via Mobile Banking and night deposit at some of our locations. Horrible took my money they were suppose to be paying my bills with and we're not paying my bills. Put me in a huge hole. Went to the branch the manager told me she would give me $20 back to settle but they took over $1,500 from me. Got an investigator involved she noticed the wrong doing they refunded me my money. A week later they started doing the exact same thing again. I'm definitely trying to get them in court this has to stop and they need to be held accountable

Please... If you care about your money, put it somewhere other than AllSouth. Your mattress has a higher APY and is more helpful in filing a dispute than their customer service. I can't change my bank fast enough
