I can’t say enough good things about this place. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. When you’re in pain, I’ll admit we can sometimes be a little “difficult” to deal with. I called in extreme pain from a bad tooth, and even though I was short with the person who answered the phone, she remained extremely professional and kind, never letting my tone affect her response. Yes, I have to echo most of the posters here. Dr. Zhao is so awesome and Jessica who is now the office manager is awesome as well. I have been going to Dr. Zhao since 2011. It's hard to believe it's been 14 years with him. I started going to him when he was at Dental Works on Roxboro. He now has his own practice on Guess Rd.
