Their whole staff is very attentive, understanding, they listen and hear you and your concerns, they explain everything in detail, and get you feeling better fast. Especially Stevie and Teeia. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to be seen at the urgent care. And I didnt have an appointment and was able to go right into a room, no wait time at all. Not for a room. Or to be talked to about what has been going on, or to be cared for. 10 out of 10 🌟
So we're almost at 3mos from my appt on Sept 10th where PA Christina said that she would have her Office Manager give me a call in regards to patient experience thay day. Guess I have to come this route to get a call?! I usually have great experiences feom this location when I cant get into see my PCP but Sept 10th changed it all. I would appreciate a call to discuss my concerns from this appt and the one I had at the Downtown clinic since both clincis have the same Office Manager per the Tara.. We've been to this urgent care several times. Tonight we went due to my kiddo just feeling like crap... no real answers other than no positive tests. We were the only ones in there ana staff was very attentive and professional.
Raoul and Mariah were so friendly and helpful. I was on and out, and all my concerns were heard.
