Looking for a place that actually does have friendly and helpful staff who are considerate of your time and your needs? This is the place! After waiting for 2 hours at another Urgent care here in south okc, I left there angry and still sick. Arrived at All Set , without an appointment, and at around 7pm. Excellent care and service. Very kind and concerned staff. My first time here, I was very impressed.
I will not be returning to this urgent care. I had been previously and they were helpful and provided me with a lot of great detail. However, over this past weekend I went and they did absolutely nothing. I tested negative for flu, Covid and strep, but they all said I most certainly had the flu but came in too early. They then told me to take ibuprofen. I also asked for a doctors note as my job requires one. They were beyond put out that I was requesting a doctors note on Saturday for the upcoming Monday.
