We have been trying to have Allsco correct issues with our Windows for nearly a year now. We placed an order for around 36k and after 10 months some of our order has yet to arrive. We have leaks, defects, and missing parts still waiting for Allsco to make it right.

Built a new home and purchased all out glass products from Allsco and their sub Nova Tech (Que). We have been waiting for over a year to fix and replace brand new windows that have dirt particles stuck in between the panes and blown seals. The seals inside the glass panes on the patio doors have also lifted. Their response, without even a Nova Tech technician visit to out property is that we modified the doors contrary to the warrantee and the warrantee is now void. Ordered 10+ windows. Tech came and fixed one but said my big window was made incorrectly and couldn't be fixed. I asked for a replacement and company offered $250 on a $1400 window. Not sure how a vynal window can be made improperly. Will be filing in small claims.
