Worse place to work for! This company was much more effective and productive when Mike Perrish was in charge. The current owner, Aaron, which was Mike’s son in law, tends to take the authoritarian approach when “managing” the business. He is irrational and lacks knowledge of the business/industry entirely! I would recommend looking else where for work, as the owner lacks empathy and doesn’t care to produce a positive working environment.
As a local business we value a company that prides itself with the best customer service on the Central Coast. We got new sensors that ATD said they would replace but never did.
