You have choices, and you owe it to yourself to give this company a chance. Professional and knowledgeable. They communicate well, quickly, and are very understanding. My experience with them ranges close to three years, and unequivocally, it was never dissatisfying or tumultuous. You can only go wrong, if you don't allow them to provide you with the service you need.
These guys/gals made my move to Virginia a breeze!!! I was located in the heart of the Historic District in Warrenton. Everyone at the office was very nice and easy to work with! When I had issues, they were quick to respond-which is a gold start in my book!!!. I will miss living there and hope to make it back someday!
It seems the people that left the bad reviews are the ones that didn't read their lease and most likely have problems everywhere they go. I have had a great experience with All's Real Estate so far. Every time I have reached out to Chelsea she has responded quickly even on the weekend. She is organized, professional and was flexible with scheduling time for me to look at some of their apartments. I would definitely recommend renting from them.
Company was rather easy to work with in the beginning, but became unprofessional in regards to property maintenance and lease termination. Sink line became broken and continued to leak water steadily for two days in the apartment. Having to use all of the towels within the studio apartment (with no access to washing machine), I had to “remind” the property owner that the issue had not been resolved.
