As a director of facilities for a large university in Philadelphia, I was really impressed with allRisk's response at 1:30am after we had a sprinkler head pop, water was confined to two floors, allRisk was on site with 2 full crews a total of 16 and plenty of equipment by 2:45am. I used a franchise company the last time we had a sprinkler break, which went 3 floors they could only respond with a crew of 5 and a few pieces of equipment, they had to call in other franchisees, needless to say it was unorganized and quite chaoti... read more
