Very disappointed with the service. I stopped using the agency after 7 years+, I end up losing money when the insurance that I took with their agency going bankrupt. I had overlapped insurance coverage for few weeks because Lina did not want to work on termination of my old insurance.
Kaitlyn was extremely helpful in finding the most suitable insurance plan for me. I appreciate her taking the time to answer all of my questions!
