I would leave ZERO stars if I could .. This business is the absolute WORST at addressing parking issues amongst homeowners vs renters at English Court Condos .. especially since Allred Realty created this mess by mis-numbering our parking spaces (even tho they were clearly marked). After several complaints for several months, the home owners are still being ignored .. zero communication, zero response. So consider home owner issues are not on this companys list of priorities !! I had to post with a 5-star rating so it doesn't get deleted; it really deserves a 1-star. I recently came to this company in search of a home to buy and came across Cassandra. Was looking for an adorable appartment and saw a sign that its managed by theese guys so i came by to check out the reviews and couldnt help but to notice whoever cassandra is likes to post people's private information online wich im sure its illegal as i keep reading the reviews i see she fights back by posting their personal private information i loved the place i saw but reading theese reviews sure makes me think they are not proffesional whoever owns this company needs to get her out
My daughter rents an apartment in Westbrook and she has neighbors upstairs that have been told about 3 times that they are just making all kinds of noise all hours at night and day to the point of knocking stuff off her wall. She has complained and sent video from 2 o'clock in the morning and nothing is done. They have a noise ordinance from 11 to 6am and it's not enforced. She gets up at 4 am to get ready for work with not having much sleep. She has a lease but can't get out which is ridiculous because of the noise...so goo... read more
