I paid my deposit with the intention of moving in by the weekend so that I could settle in while I wasn’t working my full-time job. Brian was my realtor assisting me in the sale of my home and the purchase of my townhome. He was my "go-to guy" for everything. Always quick to answer my many questions and walk me through the ups and downs we experienced on this journey. When he was unavailable, Karen stepped in and seamlessly helped me. Just want to say that Brian Allred was the agent that assisted my Aunt in selling her existing home and helped get her into a new townhome that she desired.
