I had a great experience here! After my third c-section, my abdomen just didn't feel right after almost a year. It turned out I had a bit of diastasis. Dr. Allred was awesome. She quickly knew what the problem was and helped me to feel it too. She was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me lots of things I could do to help with it. I particularly appreciated that she showed me some pictures of the muscles and really made sure that I understood what the problem was and what we were doing to fix it. I had my first appointment with BreeAnn Allred for physical therapy today. She was so kind and extremely helpful. She definitely went out of her way to make me feel comfortable, meet my needs, and address all my concerns. She was great at explaining the exercises and made sure I knew how to do them on my own and with the proper form. I am excited to do my exercises at home and meet my goals! I would absolutely recommend her for physical therapy to anyone. The front office was also very helpful!
