BUYER BEWARE! Still dealing with a public record they did not locate. Stated the Home Inspector should have found it. (HI's don't pull Public Records) Reached out to attorney requesting a response and yet to hear back. Extremely unprofessional and zero help when they make an error costing the buyer over $1,500. If you use them, buy the title insurance and the insurance making sure your money goes where it's suppose to go!
