This was our 1st time working with this company and we are EXTREMELY pleased. We have a 2008 iMac and it was starting to run slow. Our 3 boys went through high school using this computer, so we were pretty certain 'things' had been downloaded that weren't helpful in the running of our computer. Took my wife's new laptop in to have Window 7 (much more comfortable for her) loaded to replace Windows 8. New lap top was made specific for Windows 8 and took extra effort to find compatible drives. Done. Had a well ranked free anti-virus loaded as well as complete backup of the files before re-install. Very professional service. Staff took their time in explaining laptop upkeep and hints on staying safe. Taking my daughter's laptop there this week to have Windows re-installed on an older junked up laptop.

Very impressed with their work! My computer pooped out and the hard drive was just barely clinging to life. David was great. He managed to repair the HD sufficiently enough (although it put up a fight) to pull all of my data off and make a backup. There was open and honest communication throughout the repair process as well and it was done for a significantly better price than I was quoted elsewhere. I don't hope to return any time soon, but I certainly would if the need arose. Thanks a ton!

Following a power surge that fried my computer and many of my peripherals, David was a real life saver by quickly, efficiently and cost effectively salvaging the hard drive from my dead IOMEGA 1.5 TB external hard drive and saved all of my important data. Total elapsed time for the work was less than an hour. THANKS! I will definitely be back.

Once again, David at the Beechmont store, was a great help in identifying the primary problem (dead motherboard) and getting me back in the water. He was able to move my old hard drive into the shell of a refurbished Dell and get everything set back up for me. David is not only a great diagnostician and technician, he's a comedian too! I will continue to bring my computer problems to this location as long as David is working there!
