Can't say enough about how quick the response was and turnaround time to come for the service visit was. We had a non-emergency issue so had phoned around other companies and the average wait time was 2 weeks before someone could come to look. Got in touch with All Pro Mechanical and they were able to find a way to get someone to my dad's place in 2 days. Nicole was hire by pur contractor for plumbing work in our kitchen reno. She identified a few issues that we were aware of and offered solutions. I called Allpro back to book her in for the fixes and the turnaround was quick and she was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Allpro!
If I could give 6 stars I would! Josh from Allpro was professional, kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Explained the process, the plan, and the progress all throughout the appointment. Our AC had been funky for over a year, with countless mechanics and techs coming to "fix" it - never having the repairs last more than a week or so --- Josh actually found out what was wrong and repaired it all in the same day!
