Nicole was hire by pur contractor for plumbing work in our kitchen reno. She identified a few issues that we were aware of and offered solutions. I called Allpro back to book her in for the fixes and the turnaround was quick and she was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Allpro!
If I could give 6 stars I would! Josh from Allpro was professional, kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Explained the process, the plan, and the progress all throughout the appointment. Our AC had been funky for over a year, with countless mechanics and techs coming to "fix" it - never having the repairs last more than a week or so --- Josh actually found out what was wrong and repaired it all in the same day! I had Nicole and her apprentice Quinn come out today to replace my water heater tank and tub faucet. The two of them were amazing, answered all my questions, they were friendly and so helpful. I would definitely recommend Allpro mechanical for any plumbing needs.
