0 stars if I could. I own a local pest company and one of my customers with 1.5 million dollar house needed new vents in his crawl space for a rodent exclusion job. While I do a lot of these, I did not want to mess this up. These guys were going to charge me two grand to take it apart take out the debris and put in some copper mash as well as quarter inch cloth to stop rats from coming in. Panic quickly turned to calm. We discovered our newly (fully) renovated home was saturated in moisture in our crawlspace due to a lack of proper ventilated airflow. We discovered this because our new interior floors were buckling due to the heavy satuation of moisture in the supporting wood structures of the crawlspace.
