Took three days to get a call back, three more days to schedule service. The lady that answered the phone was rude. The electrician was nice and professional. He replaced the same two thermostats he replaced three times, first one the thermostat failed, second one it wasn't installed correctly, third one the brand is bad he said, replaced with different brand -now it stopped working again. Garner Electric is awesome! the service tech was very knowledgeable and did great work! the office staff was a joy to work with. I recommend them to everyone.
