Val was amazing in his concern and knowledge about my wheel issue. He offered options and proposed a number of solutions. If you have a wheel issue and need someone who cares, this is the place. I highly recommend.
Billie was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He straightened several wheels that I have been saving until I found a shop I could trust. While I hope I don’t need his services again soon, I do highly recommend him.
I called ahead to ask about repairing a rim, and the man I spoke to said to come in so they could check it and determine if it should be repaired or replaced. I asked about hours, and he told me 8 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday. My husband arrived during those hours and found the shop closed. When I called back, the same man answered and asked which location we were at; Philly or Winchester…something he never mentioned on the first call. great service, friendly staff and even had a furry friend to wait with!
Called in and Billy said we could just drop off the bent rim same day. He had it fixed within an hour. Definitely a good resource to have in this area.
