In 50/50 here. I took a rim in that had a bend in it. These guys did an awesome job fixing it. I had a second I needed to take as well when I picked the second rim up the spoke now had a crack in it. No warranty no hey we messed it up. No nothing. So I paid to have a rim fixed that was worse than when I dropped it off.
Walked in with a bent wheel and spoke with Billy. He was up front and honest with the options available to fix the wheel and how long it would take. I mentioned the Facebook price for the repair and even after having to send the wheel away, the price stayed the same. I would return in the future if it is needed.

Was very impressed! Wheels had bad curb rash, now they look like new!
