Called in and Billy said we could just drop off the bent rim same day. He had it fixed within an hour. Definitely a good resource to have in this area.
$300 later. I've been back there four times. If he couldn't fix the rims he should have said he couldn't fixed them. Whatever he did. I'm assuming he used a torch? When I took my car back to Honda you can see where he Left a burn mark on my rims. And that's where they're bent now. I would have just bought rims if he couldn't fix them. So now I'm out $300 for their service another $400 for two new tires. And now I'm going to have to find my rims which will probably cost me $600. Thanks 😭

Took my 1 rim in with 2 cracks the one was alil large but he sd it was fixable. Long story short, ended up taking it back twice didnt even get a full 2 weeks of driving without out it recracking then he sd he could refix it cus there is a yr warranty that time didnt even get a full day next morning went out to flat tire due to rim again! And instaed of him offering maybe even half money back and considering all the trips i made whichis 45 min each way! Where do I begin... Alloy Wheel Solutions is a 3rd party company that claim they do their own repairs at their shop locations.. that is a complete LIE. They use companies like Transwheel in MD and Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists( his brother) thats located in MD to do their repairs..hints why it takes them 3-4 days to complete the repair. On the other hand the owner (Tim) tries to take advantage of customers and charge them for there overpriced repairs. I have had other jobs but never one like this one.
