The wheel repair itself was excellent, and I’m happy with the quality of the work. Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. I was quoted $260, agreed to that price, and paid it after the repair. Later, I was told the quote was a mistake and asked to pay more. I understand mistakes happen, but customers shouldn’t be asked to pay extra after accepting a quote and paying the agreed amount.

A big thank you to Joe, Jacob and team at Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists of SB for the expert repair and fast response. We had three big areas of curb damage on a two-color alloy wheel on a new car and it was fixed perfectly, as well as quickly sourcing a replacement tire that had been damaged. We really appreciate the help and highly recommend your shop!

I had a slow leak in the front tire of my Tesla. The tire shop recommended these guys. They were very professional and courteous. We exchanged text messages throughout the day with updates on the work. I just picked up the car yesterday so I don’t have a long-term update, but their customer service was really excellent. Francisco even stay late so that we could pick up the car after 5 PM.

Seriously impressive craftsmanship. I highly recommend this rim repair shop. Rim was cracked (!) and thoroughly scuffed up after a blowout. See before and after pictures, below. Joe's team welded and powder-coated it. Amazing results, rim is guaranteed for 1 year. It's so refreshing to find serious people who take pride in their work. A++++
