Very professional business, went in early Monday morning was greeted by a very nice lady named Lex , she got a tech to come out and look at my rim, he took my car to the back for me and put my spare on, they kept the tire overnight and it is literally BRAND NEW!!! I loved everything about this 10/10 will recommend to anybody and I drove 40 minutes for this place!!
I had an experience today I drove a hr to Alloy and was told they could not do the wheel on my Tesla or the wheel rash. They are nice as a group & they communicate ok, but I lost a half day with something that could have been approved or denied over the phone. If your denied by Alloy don’t panic go to Rim Repair Houston or BT Wheel Repair & powder coating off wallisville rd. Those 2 are guys are the absolute best for anything wheel related! Waisted a lot of time today but i found a couple guys ready for whatever!

Great place. I just got new tires and the tire store had a hard time getting one wheel balanced. They finally did but it took a lot of weights. They told me it was most likely bent. I took it by Alloy Wheel specialists after a quick search (I didn’t know places like this existed) I took it by to see if it could be fixed. They only needed about an hour to inspect it. They informed me that it was indeed bent, but unfortunately it was bent in a way that couldn’t be repaired since it was more of a bend near the middle. They offe... read more
