Star city detail proved exceptional customer service is the standard of their business; I returned my mini at their request to re-detail the vehicle with an apology and ethical responsibility to the customer, true gentlemen and respectable men with impressive work ethics. The vehicle was spotless and FRESH this time, just as I expected a professional detail service to be. I cannot express how pleasing it is to find work ethic is not a lost trait. $150 for a “detail” of a mini countryman- went for spiked milk spoiled on carp... read more
$150 for a “detail” of a mini countryman- went for spiked milk spoiled on carpet floorboard, mini returned w/ WET carpet ONLY where milk spilled, ENTIRE carpet was NOT washed, interior smells BAD as when dropped off, DIRT on carpet beneath gas pedal, pedals DIRTY, DUST on media screen, door jams DIRTY, NO armor all on wheels!!! A SCAM, RIP OFF, LESS THAN POOR WORK!!!
Had a great experience with Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists. Gus helped me out and was great throughout the whole process. They repaired my wheels and painted them black, and they came out looking brand new. The work was clean, professional, and exactly what I was looking for. Really happy with how everything turned out. Definitely recommend Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists and Gus!
Gus was awesome, kept me informed on the status every other day. Excellent work, customer service and especially the price. Saved over $1,000 by coming to them instead of buying a new rim. Highly recommend.
They got the work done in great time and I was super happy with everything!!
