My chrome wheel was damaged , I called Alloy Wheel Repair & spoke with Mike Zweng he asked me to send pics of the damage. Although it could not be fixed Mike went out of his way going to multiple locations to look for another wheel. Not only did he find one but gave me a phenomenal price , the wheel was like new. I asked Mike if by chance he had another of the same wheel he went back to multiple locations after work & found one. He gave me the same great price as the other plus he mounted and balanced both. I'm so mad at this place. I damaged my black chrome wheels on my Lexus. Dealership wanted over $900 to replace it. I had to use thier message system. Thinking that it was going to be a couple of days for them to get back with my but No AJ calls me right back. Fine what sales tatic and up charge is he going to do. Of course not we chat about life, our kids and I was like hang on buddy, I know your just going to butter me up to hit me will a huge fee. What do you want $5 600 to fix the wheel. Under $200.
