This "business" routinely drops tires off next to a city lake/park to avoid paying for disposal fees. I've notified the city repeatedly about this environmental issue. Contact your District 6 Alderman, Kurtis Purtee and complain about the trash, filth, and dumping around this natural recourse! #keepsavannahwaterclean
Alright the reviews are bad because he needs a 7-10 day turn around he could not help me with my issue but was very helpful. Reply’s very quickly. Respectfully and I recommend them.
I just wanted to see if the rim was repairable. Almost a week later, they failed to come and do an inspection on the rim. I even offered to meet one of the technicians. I was given two numbers, both gentlemen were not helpful; one never even answered the phone. I reached back out to the Owner/Manager, because I couldn’t get a hold of anyone. The finished product of my rim wasn’t the best, had bubbles in it but I didn’t have enough time to send back and on top of that they lost my tire pressure sensor and didn’t honor paying for it after they said they would. Highly do not recommend.
The Customer Service Here is Horrible. This guy did nothing but repeatedly lie. He told us it would take 5-7 business days to fix my rim and it took 10. I’m an entrepreneur and I missed days from work and lost money as well. Once he takes your rim he doesn’t answer your phone calls or text messages. This man comes HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
