In deciding on several apartment complexes we decided on Allora Kinder Ranch because of location; the complex being new with well designed apartments; and by how it was "sold" by the leasing agents. I could list several reasons why I would not rent here again but the main one is the parking situation. It is very rare that I am able to park anywhere remotely close to the building my apartment is in. I find this ironic as one of the "Perks" they list on their website is that parking shouldn't be and isn't a problem at Allora. ... read more
I cannot say enough great things about this apartment complex! From the moment I moved in, I’ve felt truly welcomed and cared for. The property is beautifully maintained, the amenities are top-notch, and most importantly, the staff ( especially Kiara and Stephanie) are some of the kindest and most helpful people I’ve ever encountered in a rental community. We loved living here and had great experiences minus a few hiccups when we first moved in but things were still under construction at that time too. Really clean and maintained property. My son already misses the pool but we have moved out of state otherwise we’d still be here. Kiara was always our go to person in the leasing office.
My lease ends in September and can't wait to gtfo! People tend to park in my parking spots because there isn't enough parking for everyone and no signs on the carport that these parking spots are reserved! I've had to call the towing place numerous times and they never come out ! The office staff is rude and never responds to any of my requests! I really don’t understand all the comments about “an amazing staff”. The staff clearly have people they like and people they don’t. The apartment itself is nice, it’s a nice looking community, but the staff is a disappointment. The lady who works on the weekends has an attitude of “I don’t care” and is very rude. She’s told me 3 times now, “I’ll tell the manager to contact you.” Either the manager refuses to contact me about my concerns or the lady isn’t delivering my messages (which is what I suspect).
