The ladies in the front desk are quite rude and ignorant. Style is very personal thing as I explain my preference she refused to listen and constantly interupt me. She trid to force her opinions on me and educate me why the frame she chose was better. Cann't believe I have to argue with a sales person how a hexgon shape is more complicated than rectangle. This vision store is absolutely amazing - they have really great customer service and genuinely care about your experience and making things work for you. I unfortunately missed my optometrist appointment at another store due to work but knew I wouldn’t be able to have free time again and called around multiple places to see if they would have any optometry appointments and squeeze me in. I have been a patient of Dr. Allon for several years. He is a great optometrist. He is very helpful. I recommend him to everyone.
Dr. Allon went out of his way to ensure I had the correct prescription and stayed past closing hours to accommodate my schedule. I highly recommend using his services for your eye care.
I had a great experience at Allon Vision. The front desk staff were friendly and greeted me warmly. The staff was extremely patient in helping me try on and ultimately select really nice new frames. The doctor was thorough when giving his eye exam. He had a great bedside manner. Overall it was a good and easy experience - getting an awesome new pair of glasses and contacts. Would definitely recommend!
