I was drunk at the time of booking this place, thus failed to note the reviews til the next day. It's basic. Just ok. The carpet has loose threads in places, the floor creaks in places, some walls are dirty and the bathroom door is kind of hard to open and close. The bed is clean and comfortable enough. Air con made the room cosy enough. But location wise, absolutely flawless. We're in walking distances of wonderful bars and cafes in the area. Really spoilt for choice.

Location is great parking can be hard to find but that’s expected. The rooms are disgusting before I even entered the room there was dead cockroaches the microwave looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, the mold all over the window and curtains and not to mention behind the fridge looked like it had never been cleaned. They expect you to wash your dishes but there’s no sponge to do so? The walls had drink or something spilled all over them that the cleaners didnt even attempt to clean. Will never stay here again. It was a mistake. Can’t get parking on a Friday night, or during the day during the week. Plus it’s paid parking. The rooms aren’t clean, and the check in system is confusing and doesn’t make sense. After a long day I had to drive around in a city I’m not familiar with looking for parking, I had to park two blocks away. I don’t know how this place has so many stars on bookings.com. Don’t stay here you will only regret it later.

I’ve been to some pretty bad hostels in Asia but this place tops it. Absolutely disgusting. Bed sheets were dirty on arrival, rust on all the cabinetry hinges, cockroaches, you name it. Can’t even get in contact with their “24 hour” phone number.
