Absolutely Terrible the room we stayed in was filthy dirty. Room 202. When we arrived and saw our room we were so disappointed. And because everything else was booked out we were stuck. Also we booked for a family of four. When we arrived there were only 3 beds. The sofa was the bed and it was terrible. Stained carpets, cobwebs, dust, mould in bathroom. And we paid 2000 for 3 nights. Clean up and renovate your rooms. People don't want to stay in a filthy dirty Un -kept room. Never Again.
The hotel is acceptable, no complaints for a 3 star hotel. BUT, the dog next door (beside parking lot) needs to stop barking, can’t even unpack my stuff from the car without waking the whole neighbourhood up!
☆☆☆☆ — Disgusting, unhygienic, and completely unacceptable I have stayed in some budget places over the years, but this room was on another level entirely — borderline biohazard. Toilet: Clearly not cleaned (urine residue) The toilet seat had visible yellow staining consistent with wet urine.
