This was a great disappointment! We got there at check in time 4:00 pm. The daughter tells us some of the towels are not ready. We open the sofa bed for our daughter and you could feel the springs, also the pillows for that bed had what appeared to be dead bugs. The bedroom was full of dead bugs all around the bed, there was bed bugs. The bathroom window had a crack between it and the wall that you could see outside. The hot tub smelled really fishy and had no chlorine. We told all of this to the daughter and she became rude... read more
Beautiful place to stay in Gatlinburg. Close to the attractions and across the highway from the Smoky Mountains National Park!
