The technician was fantastic!!! He was so friendly and knew so much about his work! You need to give this guy a huge raise!!
Lee was at my house a while back he was very polite and professional. He setup a temporary line for me until they got someone out to put the wire underground. They were quick to give a solution to have internet until they can get it underground. The process did take a while for someone to come out and put the wire under ground. After wire was placed under they sent another technician to do the final touch up work on the wire. I forgot his name but im enjoying my service a lot thank you allo and who did the work. The call center is terrible
Good
I am trying to get tech support to fix my internet and I work from home so I need to have it fixed now. I have been on hold all morning and hung up by Allo Techs 4 time. I am trying to get to level 2 personnel. Level 1 people keep transferring me or failing to transfer and the call drops or if I get to the level 2 queue, some one picks ups and then hangs up on me. I am totally frustrated by their tech support today!
