I had a wonderful experience with Allo Fiber, thanks to three gentlemen who separately helped get our internet connection set up during our basement renovation. The first technician installed our service and explained that once the basement was nearly finished, I should call Allo so they could run a line down there. When I called, a second technician came out, ran the connection to the basement, and explained that I should call again once the renovation was complete to finish the installation.
